13 Workshop on April 19, 2008. Prior to the workshop,
information was gathered from various sources, including much
from the AA Archives at GSO. The information was produced in a
booklet that was distributed during the workshop.
Bill
W. gave a lecture at Yale Studies on Alcohol in the early/mid
40's. The transcript from the lecture was published in book form
by the university.
